Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to the products operated by MEBT Ventures (“we”, “us”). By using them you agree to these terms. A product may add terms of its own; where they differ, the product’s terms apply to that product.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to the phone number you sign in with. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

Paid plans and billing

• Prices are shown before you buy, in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You will be charged the current price of your plan at each renewal.
• We will give you advance notice of a price change, and it applies from your next billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t use our products to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, or interfere with or try to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You give us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide the product to you.

Disclaimers

Our products are provided “as is”. We work to keep them available and correct but cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You may stop using a product at any time; we may end access for a breach of these terms.
