Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases from any product operated by MEBT Ventures, unless that product states its own policy at checkout.

Cancelling a subscription

• You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

• Subscriptions— if you were charged for a renewal you didn’t intend, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, provided the product has not been used since.
• One-time purchases — refundable within 14 days if the item or service has not been delivered or used.
• Billing errors — duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

How to ask

Email michael@mebtventures.com with the product name, the email or phone on the account, and the date of the charge. We reply within two business days.
